Comments: Optimistic about these, although they may be interfered with by my recovery from mono.

Long-Term Running Goals:

- Run for Division 1 program (First goal I've 100% made on here!)

- Compete at NCAA XC and TF Nationals

- Sub 14 5000m on the track

- Make the B standard and go to the trials for the 5k or 10k

Sophomore at Michigan State University in East Lansing

I have been running since fifth grade. My favorite professional runners are David Rudisha and Evan Jager. My favorite high school runner is Chris Watson because he periodically reads this blog and should definitely make one.

Ran 8 laps at 6:40-ish pace around the track with my ankle taped to keep it from collapsing. Very little pain after the run.

Ran 6 laps around the track at 6:20-ish pace. The tape I had on was weaker and I feel like it stabilized my ankle less. I felt some pain afterwards.

School finally finished and yes I did sleep that long. My ankle was giving me a little bit of pain so I did not run.
