- Run for Division 1 program (First goal I've 100% made on here!)

- Compete at NCAA XC and TF Nationals

- Sub 14 5000m on the track

- Make the B standard and go to the trials for the 5k or 10k

I have been running since fifth grade. My favorite professional runners are David Rudisha and Evan Jager. My favorite high school runner is Chris Watson because he periodically reads this blog and should definitely make one.

Microsoft trail at 7:30 pace. First run after my break. Felt much less awful than any of my other first runs throughout the years.

Microsoft again in the opposite direction. I think I might just do Microsoft every day this week. My left calf started tweaking up the big hill so I stopped to stretch it. The pain waned and I finished my run.

Microsoft again. Same calf tweak, same time in my run. Stopped to stretch and it waned a bit. Today I'm guessing it was because Richard demolished my legs in PT. I'll see what happens tomorrow but there will be lots of calf stretching before my run. Also I'll do Microsoft in the direction I did it on Monday because that way I only go down the big hill and the uphills are just small and numerous.

I should start bringing my GPS watch to practice. Matthew got 3.8ish when we got back on what I had thought was a 3.5 mile trail. We finished up to 4 around the park.

Microsoft trail again. People ramped up the pace at the start so I just let them dictate it until they eventually slowed down.

Got 3.65 on my watch running around Bridle Trails with Matthew and Will. I stopped my watch to look for cars crossing the street on the way back to the plaza at the end and forgot to unpause it for a stretch. Compensating I added a tenth of a mile. However, I think I ran more but I won't attribute it to my mileage because at this time there's no point in estimating. Due to the dense forest, the pace readings were at like 8:10 even though we dropped a guy at the start and the people who stayed with it said the pace was really difficult. Either way, I'm already feeling really fit.
